Our PRO TRAINERS offer both in-person courses in Canada and online courses through Zoom. To ensure maximum engagement and participation, our online courses are live and not recorded. When choosing your course date and time, please select the course that you can attend.

We recommend that candidates attempt the exam approximately three 3 weeks after taking the course. This time frame is recommended in order to allow candidates to properly prepare for the exam. The online exam consists of 75 multiple choice questions and 15 short answer questions.

There is no Practical Exam for the HWL certification. No, we frequently have both fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts take the course for general interest. Yes, however, it is not recommended. In order to obtain the best possible results from your courses and exams, we suggest completing one designation at a time.

This allows you to focus on learning, studying and applying your knowledge in one certification before switching to another program.

Your PRO TRAINER will contact you within two 2 weeks of your exam completion with your results. You have six 6 months to complete your online exam after completion of your certification course. After successfully completing your Theory Exam.

The conventional method removes the superficial problem of weight loss. Still, these methods are blind to the reason why women are overweight. Sustaining weight loss revolves around building up your spiritual energy, changing your thought pattern, and self-love.

My work helps women lose weight by assisting them in renewing their energy and increasing their spiritual frequency. The basics of all these are to make women feel great about themselves.

According to the Law of Attraction, the better you feel, the more you attract good things to yourself. Women who feel wrong about their weight loss journey have low energy. This is why I assist women in rectifying that by increasing their energy levels.

My alternative methods include the S. T method which she developed herself , shadow approach, healing of past trauma, self-love, Law of Attraction , amongst others.
