Get the glass that you want to serve the parfait in, then start the layering process by adding some of your stewed berries. Then add a thin layer of oats, then a layer of yogurt, another thin layer of oats, another layer of berries, a thin layer of your oats, one more layer of yogurt and finely, sprinkle some oats on top and garnish with any herb you have available.
