Add the peppers to the bowl of your food processor fitted with blade attachment.

This was the first sandwich I had and LOVED more than a regular meat sandwich. My hubby is a meat and potatoes guy…your blog is a lifesaver.

I might be able to pull this vegetarian thing off lol. I made these with lightly toasted ciabatta rolls and they were FABULOUS.
