So this sounds like it should be really good, as it contains iodine and xylitol. I know that throat gargle containing iodine has been found to prevent Covid transmission by lowering or inactivating the viral load in the mouth and throat and xylitol prevents virus from attaching to cell walls.

However, I can't say for sure. I've been using it on and off, and I did get sick during some travel, but I didn't use it that consistently. Would it have stopped me from getting sick if I'd used it consistently?

I don't know. Then again, I used it before going into some high-traffic areas and did not get sick. Was it because of this throat spray? So all I can say is it seems like it should help, it it probably won't hurt unless you take too much too often please research iodine a bit.
