but this lentil soup is awesome! I only had French lentils on hand so used those. I was out of carrot and celery so substituted organic sweet potato and mushrooms.

It was delicious. Threw some in the blender for 10 month old, but the rest of us including 3 year old ate it unblended. Sweet potato gave it a creamy texture similar to what blending half would have done and the lentils did hold their shape.
