I believe i am also noticing a slight increase in muscle mass but it's still early. There is a mild after taste similar to when i take Omega 3 but it goes away quickly. You need to watch out for how much you sweat initially when taking this.

I also noticed i was sweating buckets in the gym also, that seems to another side effect. I found my self so soaked with sweat, that while i normally prefer not to wear gloves while working out i have begun using an old pair again.

I am sweating so much during bench presses i was worried the bar would slip out. I have been really pleased with my results so far and plan to add L-Carnitine to my lunch time dose.
