My hope is that you better understand what your body needs to live, and what your body needs to meet your specific goals. Undereating is NOT the answer for weight loss, you have to eat the right amount of energy to reach your goals, no matter what they are.

If you want to start tracking your food a little but not looking to get into macro counting completely, my recommendation is to start with protein.
