This review is TL:DR, too long don't read , I am a bit wordy yet I hope this will help those who are on the fence. I will say right off that I am on Ideal Protein Diet and I use BurnXT paired with Lean XT to primarily to curb my hunger and second to help with weight loss.
For me it works very well. At that time I used Xenadrine, talk about Jitters, I'd walk around shaking all the time. I lost 80lbs and after six months of dieting, unfortunately for me I stepped of my diet early and gained all my loss back over the next 18 months.
Fast forward 3 years, my weight ballooned back up to the worst in my life, I was recently diagnosed with borderline high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, needing viagra and other problems.
At age 46, it was time to ask myself what was important. Living in Southern Louisiana, food here is rich and in a state that has two of the most obese cities in the nation, I had to make a decision for myself and to be a good role model for my young son.
I decided and so did my doctor it was time to reboot and do it again, drop the weight so I can live a healthy life and be a good influence on my kid. He told me to go on which ever diet worked for me, watch my food intake and be smart about choices, most of all use common sense. I did my research, read all the reviews, compared the ingredients and decided to go with Jacked Factory.
My heart did run a little harder, yet I wasn't anxious all the time. IMHO, in order for this to work, you need to be on a no-carb or keto type diet that is restrictive of your carb in-take.
That's where I have an exception. I'm 6'4", 46 yo and I should be between and for my frame, I started on the first of March and after eight weeks starting at lbs and I have dropped 35 pounds with no exercise.
My face is noticeably thinner, my gut is half the size it was and I have more energy and more flexibility. All from just eating right and taking Burn XT stacked with Lean XT, also taking Andro Surge and Prima Surge.
I drink 2L to 3L of Glacieau Smart Water every day. I haven't had the motivation to go walking every morning before work, yet as my weight continues to drop I am getting that natural urge to wake up earlier and go for a brisk walk around the neighborhood, almost to the point of natural anxiety if I don't do it.
It's very encouraging. I do notice that if I don't take my mid-day supplement, by 2pm my stomach hurts, and while fasting is actually a good thing, water is no replacement for actual food.
So 8am is my first dose, 12 to 1pm is my second and I'm good for the day. However I also take with my Burn XT and Lean XT in the morning I take Potassium supplement, a multi-vitamin supplement and at lunch I take a 2 Calcium Magnesium horse pill size.
At dinner JF is not taken but I take another multi-vitamin, 2 Omega 3's with very high concentration and another 2 Calcium Magnesium. Lunch and Dinner also get 8 oz of protein and 2 cups of greens. Maybe every other day I'll eat a Protein bar in the afternoon but that's about it.
That diet alone should drop weight but the hunger pains are too great most of the time. BXT and JXT quell that and continue to burn calories while I'm sedentary at my computer.
I am planning on using the Pre-WorkOut JF product soon to help boost my walks, yet I am not planning on running at all, yet weight training I am planning on for strength training, I will wait on until I am at my target weight lbs and will rebuild from there which at this rate should be in September.
By this time next year I should be pretty fit and on a corrected course for life. For the time being, Burn XT with Lean XT are it for me. Jacked Factory products have done very well. I bought a bottle of Cut XT and gave it to a coworker who was very sensitive to Caffeine and it's worked so well he now stacks it with Lean XT.
We weigh in each week together at our dietitian and he's making significant progress too. So it appears Burn XT or Cut XT with Lean XT is a great way to go. I will say if you're interested in IP talk to your doctor as it is a supervised program. However if you're on Weight Watchers, Day, or whatever, pairing it with a supplement like JF isn't a bad idea.
Just watch out what your body can endure and be cognizant of your tolerance to caffeine. Cut XT is a good alternative to Burn XT if you can't handle the caffeine. I would like to add, in order to make this successful, if you own a scale, throw it out or donate it, you don't want a scale in your house.
Stepping on that thing daily will de-motivate you. You need to see your progress in larger than 1lb increments, because your bodies mass can change up or down a pound each day due to water retention. Looking at it once a week will give you that "oh yeah feeling".
or that "what did I do wrong". You walk away with a new attitude on focusing on the next 7 days. Weekends are the hardest while work days are easier. Pick one day a week that you step on a scale some place else, the gym, the store, your friends house, I go to the physical therapist on Fridays wearing shorts and a t-shirt where I get my IP foods and use their scale.
Get your weight and your BMI and your measurements. This is important so you can then reset your mind for the next week and start over like you're beginning all over again.
Take it one week at a time and do your best not to cheat. Each week you should see a loss of 3 to 5 pounds for men and 1 to 3 for women. Over time it adds up and you'll feel a lot better.
Those around you that support you will notice changes and will help keep you on track. I will say that if you're a husband wife team doing this, guys support your wives because they will lose weight half as fast as us and she may get demotivated.
Be supportive!!! Once I hit my target weight and I transition off of Ideal Protein and back to the real world of food. Take it from someone who did this once already and spent a lot of time and money doing it, just to do it all over again, I don't want to do this a 3rd time.
Doing this means you're going to make a permanent change in your life and you're going to use this product to help get you there. For those that are already fit, you should probably use this in moderation just to tone down or take off that extra bit from the holidays. For the rest of us who are in the obese category, this is a life-saver, a game changer.
Getting down to below obese classification is a huge step. Jacked Factory will help me and others get there. Lastly, JF nor Ideal Protein has not asked me to write this review, I bought this and the IP plan on my own and have been using them without any contact from them. I hardly ever write reviews anymore yet I felt compelled to sit down and write this for anyone else out there that needs that extra motivation to get on the path to being healthier.

I love this product for a few reasons. Its not a super pill and you cant expect any magic pill to make you drop weight overnight. Its unrealistic. But i do always try anyways to find one lol Ive tried soooo many pills over the years. Most did nothing or did crazy stuff like sickness or heart rate issues or even rashes.
But im happy to report this stuff is the strangest wonderful combination that for whatever reason does its job!! The first few days i was not feeling much of anything so i was about to chuck it in my cupboard with the pill graveyard. But by day three i was noticing a slight heating sensation inside my body.
When i started any physical activity i was drenched in sweat. I mean soaking my shirts lol. Then i started feeling just oddly energetic without any nerve jitters or feeling of being on speed.
Its an oddly faint peaceful long lasting calm energy. Its hard to explain. But then i started realizing my craving for junk had pretty much disappeared to and i was definatly not devouring my calories which is great to!
Ive been so busy that i just pop the one pull in the morning when i wake up with a full glass of water then i make my coffee and go about my day. I come home from my office to get my second dose around 2pm.
I do notice that i go to the ladies room a few times quickly for about an hour or three after taking it so it does have a mild dieretic affect on me which i dont mind. Ive had no issue sleeping at all because i take the 2nd pill early in the day.
But instead of dragging at 6pm I'm mildly still energetic! Its the strangest affect ive had from any pills ive tried ever. But this is probably the kicker part- Ive dropped 10 pounds or so in just under 11 days. I have a great Yunmai scale i bought here on amazon and it mesures body fat water visceral fat weight and many other things.
Each day i have gone down atleast a half a pound or a full pound steady!!!!!!!! My body fat is also going down. My bmi is decreasing. I don't even know how its doing this and ive been concerned so i googled all the ingriedients and pretty much my doctor looked at the bottle at my physical yesterday and said well- its all safe, its all good tested products that she herself had tried over the years at one point or another, and the caffeine level is low compared to many others and she basicly said that its gotta be the right conbination of top notch ingriedients that are apparently right for my body.

Im very tall so i hide my weight well but you cant lie to your mirror or your belt!
