A trained coach can work with you in-person or virtually to help you make small changes to your diet, add more movement to your day, and lower your stress to prevent type 2 diabetes. Your doctor may tell you that you will be able to manage your type 2 diabetes with healthy eating and exercise.

Your doctor may also give you insulin and other medicine to help keep your blood sugar in your target range and avoid problems. Reversing prediabetes starts here.
